Maggie Baratto is a prophetic speaker, prolific author, apostolic leader, and the founder of Thrive Leadership Academy and Father's Heart Healing Ministries. For over a decade, she has equipped and mobilized believers to walk in freedom, discover their God-given identity, and lead with Kingdom authority.

Her passion for healing, leadership, and discipleship has led her to pioneer transformational initiatives including: Intensive Care, The ROAR, the Movement of Mothering, and Kingdom Coaching programs that have impacted lives across Canada and beyond.

As an international speaker, Maggie has ministered throughout Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Holy City of Jerusalem. Through Thrive Leadership Academy, she trains, certifies, and commissions Kingdom Coaches and Kingdom Speakers, equipping leaders to communicate with clarity, lead with biblical wisdom, and advance the Kingdom with lasting impact.

Having experienced the transforming love of the Father after overcoming a life marked by brokenness and abuse, Maggie carries a powerful testimony of redemption that continues to inspire others to pursue healing, freedom, and wholehearted obedience to Christ.

Maggie lives in Arthur, Ontario, Canada, with her husband and is the mother of five children and Oma of three.

A LEADER IN ACTIVISM, MEDIA, AND GLOBAL CHANGE

Cheryl has been a prominent figure in media for over two decades, serving as a TV host, international speaker, and humanitarian. Her dedication to transformation and global change has been a driving force throughout her career.

Currently, she is the co-host of the popular show "100 Huntley Street" and the Director of Crossroads Cares Relief and Development.

Cheryl's passion for justice and poverty alleviation has taken her around the globe, from the top of Mount Kilimanjaro to some of the most desperate places on the planet.Ā 

Cheryl's activism has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Woman of Excellence Award for Raising Global Awareness, and the International Women Achievers’ Media Award. She also serves on the boards of organizations that support programs to help women who have been trafficked in the sex trade in Cambodia, and to break the cycle of poverty for people in Northern Ghana.

Cheryl has been named as one of the top 100 female Christian women in Canada, and her work continues to inspire change on a global scale.
